My professional life has been centered around helping people make good financial and investment decisions.  I've shared some of my professional experience with you below.  But the most important credential I can offer, (beyond my decades of floating home experience), is my innate desire to apply my expertise for your benefit, placing your best interest first at all times.  I'm committed to doing for you that which you would do for yourself; if you had my years of experience in representing buyers and sellers of floating homes, real estate investment clients, and financial advisory clients.

I earned my real estate license in 1993.  By 1995, I had purchased my first floating home and I was actively representing Willamette River floating home buyers and sellers.  I think of this work as my "avocation" since I so enjoy sharing and helping people learn about floating home living. 

Today I own two real estate companies.  Portland Waterfront Properties, LLC, is a licensed real estate company in the State of Oregon serving Willamette River floating home buyers and sellers.  Real Estate Investment Partners, Inc. is also a licensed real estate company in the State of Oregon, and serves real estate investors in a consulting capacity.
